22 Mountain biking through the forest is a great way to enjoy what Knysna has to offer. Go on your own or join a guided biking tour with Deep South. Trails range from half-day routes to overnight trails for the really fit.
23 For the adrenaline junkie, SEAL Adventures', half-day quad biking trail will get your blood pumping. Swoop through the forest and along winding country roads before finishing up with a few laps on a motor-cross track. Not for the fain hearted but beginners are welcome.

26 Of course you can do it with no wings at all! Bungee-jumping off the bridge at Storms River is a rush like no other - especially as this is the highest jump in the southern hemisphere.
